It is designed to help the student create care plans for their patients with ease. You the student enter your student information, patient information and select the medical diagnosis of your patient. MedSysCPC will then populate the corresponding possible nursing Diagnosis related to the medical diagnosis. You select the nursing diagnosis that fits your patients symptoms and type in your observations. then choose your desired outcomes and interventions. Select a careplan form style from the template screen and hit print. Its that easy.
