Plus, PaperPort's native support for the standard PDF format brings you the power to scan, annotate and e-mail documents and photos in a format that ensures everyone can view and print them on any computer.

Capture local copies of Web pages on PaperPort's desktop using the WebCapture feature. This lets you save online receipts, directions, articles, and other important information from the Web. Also, you can turn your scanned images into editable Microsoft Word, Excel, or text files with a simple drag and drop to PaperPort's Send To bar.

The software virtually eliminates the need for retyping documents, as well. FormTyper automatically recognizes the fields on a scanned form.
